Dear Parents,

This past Sunday we celebrated Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week.  I hope you will make this a special time of the year preparing the family for the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ through special prayers and activities such as Holy Thursday services and Good Friday services.

The Kindergarten will traditionally perform the Stations of the Cross on Holy Thursday at 11:00am.  Dismissal for the Easter break will begin at 12:00 noon on Holy Thursday.  School will resume on Monday after Easter Sunday.

I am in desperate need of four to six people stepping up and volunteering to chair the Oktoberfest this September.  I have helpers but no one to take charge.  The money made from the Oktoberfest is a large part of the budget.  It is a means of help for everyone.  There will always be helpers, but I need some leaders who can help put it together.  Perhaps there are couples who get together who might take this on, or individuals who have friends who can take this on.  PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AND STEP UP.  It is beneficial in the long run.  Call or let me know as soon as possible.

Have a very holy week and a great Easter celebration.

Ms. Volker

Destination Dream Vacation News - Each family will receive their Destination tickets in today's folder.  Please read over the letter carefully.  It is important to put your first and last name on the back of the tickets in order to get credit for the sale.  We have a few families that have the same last name so it is important to have your full name on the back. Please review the flier that was sent home last week concerning sponsorships for the casino tables.  If you have any questions email maribethmay@hotmail.com.
