Dear Parents,

Congratulations to the second grade for receiving their First Communion this past Saturday.  I thank Mrs. Boykin and their parents for doing a great job preparing them.

Flyers are coming home today about purchasing the yearbook for the 2009 – 2010 school year.  It will all be in color this year at the same price of $25.  We are really looking forward to seeing the final product.  Orders are due by

May 14th.

A week from this Friday is our Dream Vacation night.  I trust you are trying hard to sell those tickets.  I appreciated all those who are helping Mrs. May prepare for the event.  It’s a lot less work when there are many hands to help.  One thing everyone can do is pray for great weather on May 7th.  Sorry, no volunteer hours for that! J

We have an author amongst our faculty.  Mrs. Hartley has written a children’s book.  Please join her in the library on Monday after school for a book signing.

Have a great week.  Remember to pray as a family.

Ms. Volker
