Tuition Payments and Fees

St. Joseph has chosen to continue using the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle all our tuition payments for the 2013-2014 school year.  For a brief overview of the payment portion of the FACTS program click here. All fees will be paid through FACTS also.  A charge will be placed on your account along with a due date and you will be notified immediately either via email or US Postal service (you choose the communication preference when you set up an account).  Each family will need to log onto their account and pay the fees before the due date. **FEES WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOU BANK ACCOUNT**

Every family must establish an account.  Click  here to access the webpage specifically for St. Joseph School.  Once you have created your account you will be able to schedule tuition payments, check on account status, track payments made, and receive a complete listing of all account activity through FACTS  Tuition Management.  To create your account, you will need banking or credit card information.  The entire process should not take more than 20 minutes. Please safely and securely document your Username and Password for future reference.  In order to apply for tuition assistance, you must first complete your FACTS Tuition Management Account.

Tuition Assistance is a separate process.  On an unconnected webpage, you will have to click on the link to go to Facts Tuition Aid.  It is from this information that the Diocesan Tuition Aid fund is managed. The diocesan fund was established to give aid to families throughout the diocese.

However, you need to fill out all the necessary information before you can be considered for assistance. If you do not receive assistance from the diocese then it is up to the school to give whatever help it can.
